This year, there were 1,433 listed properties, 999 properties sold, and an average sales price of $366,831. The percentage difference between the two years is - 35.6%
In Butts County, last year had 199 properties listed, 128 properties sold, and an average sales price of $315,334. This year, there were 92 listed properties, 92 properties sold, and an average sales price of $326,941. The percentage difference is 3.7%
For Monroe County, last year saw 126 listed properties, 90 properties sold, and an average sales price of $424,916. This year, there were 116 listed properties, 64 properties sold, and an average sales price of $346,973. The percentage difference is -18.30%.
In Pike County, last year had 131 listed properties, 100 properties sold, and an average sales price of $367,510. This year, there were 94 listed properties, 53 properties sold, and an average sales price of $546,925. The percentage difference is 48.8%%.
