What You Can Expect When You Work With Me?

Real estate agents help people buy and sell homes. it’s what they do. But every agent has their own focus, approach, and priorities. What’s mine, you wonder? I’m so glad you asked!
 
Here’s what you can expect when you work with me to buy or sell:⁣
 
  • Text, phone, DM, email, however, you want to connect, it’ll be me you get every single time⁣ and I will promise you a fast response time.
  • I am there working through everything with you and on your behalf, house photos, inspections, closing, and anything in between. If something is going on, I will be there!
  • With years of experience in the home building industry, I have made a ton of connections with different subcontractors and vendors. If you're a seller and you need repairs done prior to listing/closing or if you're a buyer and need repairs post-closing, chances are I know someone that can get the job done!
  • Long after you close, I’ll be here to help you navigate life in your new home (or town!), answer questions, or grab a cup of coffee. New clients=new friends!
